Acceptable Use Policy

General rule

Use Imagine2 only for lawful purposes and only with material you are authorized to process. You must also comply with applicable xAI acceptable-use requirements. Attempts to evade model safeguards, account limits, rate limits, or enforcement are prohibited.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Imagine2 to create, edit, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes a person who may be underage.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeurism, or nudification.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, exploitation, or instructions that materially enable violence.
• Deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, fraudulent identity documents, election deception, or scams.
• Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, evasion of security controls, or abuse of infrastructure.
• Illegal goods, services, discrimination, or regulated activity where generation or publication is prohibited.

People and sensitive contexts

Obtain any consent, release, or lawful basis required before uploading or editing a person's image. Do not present generated content as authentic documentary evidence. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered content when a reasonable viewer could otherwise be misled, especially in news, politics, health, finance, law, education, and public safety.

Enforcement

We may block a request, remove assets, limit features, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, protect people, respond to law, or secure the service. Repeated or severe violations may lead to termination without refund. Appeals may be submitted through support with relevant context.
