Generation credit refunds

Imagine2 automatically refunds all reserved credits when a generation request completely fails. If a request asks for multiple outputs and only some are successfully stored, credits for missing outputs are refunded. Reference-image processing charges are retained when the provider accepted and processed the inputs and at least one output was delivered.

Credit refunds are idempotent: a repeated callback, retry, or error handler should not produce a duplicate refund. Refunded credits return to the account balance with the applicable original expiration constraints where technically available.

Subjective dissatisfaction, prompt mistakes, undesired composition, spelling inside an image, or a result that is usable but not preferred does not qualify for an automatic credit refund. Generative models are probabilistic. Review the prompt, frame, resolution, count, and estimated cost before submitting.

Subscription and pack payments

Stripe processes V1 payments. You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period or restore expired credits. Unused credits, expired credits, and partially used credit packs are not redeemable for cash.

We will review duplicate charges, fraudulent charges, incorrect product delivery, and verified technical failures that prevented credits from being granted. Where consumer law provides a mandatory cancellation or refund right, that law controls.

Requesting review

Contact support from the account associated with the payment within 14 days of the charge. Include the Stripe receipt or payment date, product, amount, and a concise explanation. Do not send full card details. We may request additional verification and normally respond within five business days.

Approved payment refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside Imagine2's control. Credits associated with a refunded payment may be revoked.
