Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Imagine2. By creating an account, buying credits, uploading an image, or generating output, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Imagine2 for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

Service and third-party models

Imagine2 provides a workflow for image generation and editing. V1 sends generation requests to xAI's Grok Imagine API. Imagine2 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by xAI. Model availability, behavior, safety controls, latency, and output quality may change when an upstream provider changes its service.

We do not promise that an output will be unique, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free from similarities to other material. You must review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Accounts and security

Access uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for your Google account security, all activity under your Imagine2 account, and promptly reporting unauthorized use. You may not sell, share, automate access to, or create accounts to evade limits or enforcement.

New users may receive 10 promotional credits valid for 30 days. Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred.

Uploads and outputs

You retain rights you hold in uploaded material. You grant Imagine2 a limited license to receive, copy, transmit, process, resize, store, and delete uploads solely to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload every reference image and direct the requested edit.

Unsaved inputs and outputs are normally retained for 24 hours. Saving a task extends associated output retention to 30 days. Deleting a task requests immediate deletion of associated stored objects. Backups, logs, security records, and provider-side transient processing may follow separate limited retention required for security, reliability, or law.

Credits and billing

Image requests use credits. Current V1 pricing is 5 credits per 1K output, 7 credits per 2K output, and 1 credit per input image. The interface shows an estimate before submission. Complete failures are refunded in full and partial results are refunded for missing outputs. A request that produces usable stored output is billable even if the output does not match your subjective preference.

Stripe processes payments. Monthly plans renew until canceled and grant credits valid for 31 days. One-time packs grant credits valid for 365 days. Unused credits expire and are not cash balances. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank charges may apply.

Your responsibilities

You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable third-party provider terms. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, publication decisions, required disclosures, releases, licenses, and any harm caused by your use. Do not use Imagine2 for illegal content, abuse, deception, non-consensual sexual imagery, child sexual abuse material, privacy violations, rights infringement, or attempts to bypass safeguards.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or infrastructure, respond to legal obligations, investigate suspected abuse, address payment disputes, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not create a right to payment refunds except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title, and non-infringement. Imagine2 is not responsible for losses caused by upstream outages, user instructions, publication decisions, expired assets, or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagine2 will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Imagine2 during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new updated date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions may be sent through the support contact available in your account.
