Copyright responsibility

Users must have the rights needed for every uploaded reference and requested transformation. Imagine2 does not pre-clear user prompts, uploads, or outputs for copyright. Generative output may resemble existing material, and users must review it before use.

Takedown notices

A copyright owner or authorized agent may submit a notice through the support contact available on Imagine2. A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, provide contact information, state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly submitting a material misrepresentation may create liability. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Our response

We may remove or disable access to identified material, preserve relevant records, notify the affected user, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Because user assets are private and time-limited, a task or object may already have expired when a notice arrives.

Counter-notices

An affected user who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, consenting to the appropriate legal jurisdiction where required, accepting service of process, and stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. We may restore material when legally permitted unless the claimant begins court action within the applicable period.
